How to increase height?
Does products such as YOKO ( http://www.gainheight.com ) actually work?
I am 27 and 173cm (5′ 8.5″). I wish I could somehow gain another 4-5cm (2″). Any suggestions how to gain such height naturally?
The discs in the backbone don’t fuse, so it is possible to increase their length. I don’t want to go through those bone lengthening operations.
The spinal discs themselves increase. Even if 1 disc increases 0.1cm, the total gain is 0.1cm X 25 = 2.5cm

Some girls want to decrease their height, some men want to increase their height, another girls say that the main thing is love.
