How Tall Will I Be When I Grow Up?

hey, im wesley im 14 years old and im 6ft2. My dad is 6ft2 and my mom is 5ft10. My moms dad is 6ft5 and mom is 5ft5. On my dads sid his dad is 6ft and mom is 5ft7. How tall do you think i will be? I was looking at some other questions on yahoo and this one kid had basically the same height as me growing up and he is now 6ft5 but i also noticed that every height he gave i was still and inch taller than him. Does anybody have any answers for me or anything that can help?

The only real general for how tall a guy is going to be is that they will almost certainly be taller then there mother. It’s actually a scientific fact (with some obvious exceptions) and if you don’t believe me think about how many grown men you know that are shorter then their mother!! They are very hard to find!

Nobody really can tell you unless they have your growth chart from when you were a really young baby, this will be in with your medical records. at a certain age you are supposed to be 1/4 of your height as an adult (don’t ask me what age as I really can’t remember!) Drs use this to estimate the final height of a baby and if there is not a medical condition i.e. dwarfism then sometimes growth hormones are suggested (my aunt got offered these for her son!)

So what I’m really getting at here is that if you genuinely want to know then you will need to go down to your GP and get them to have another look at your growth chart as a baby!
