How to increase height even in teenage ?
Hiii guys. I’m 18 yrs old height 5’6 and weight 50 kgs.My dad’s height is 5’4 and mom’s height is 5’3. I also go to gym regularly. I really really want to increase my height. I know its almost impossible at this age and also due to heridity. But still I want to increase my height. I’ve tried all that yoga and hanging ans the so called height increasing exercises but all in vain. My diet is also good and I sleep regularly.I just want to know that is there any other way to increase height and especially in this age ? Can I beat the heridity factor. I want my height to be 5’10 at least. Please help me guys.
